What is God's will and plan for your life?

Romans 12:2
"Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."

About Dr. George Goodman

Dr. George Goodman received both his doctorate and bachelors degrees from Northeastern State University in his home state of Oklahoma.  Since starting his private practice in 1994, Dr. Goodman has expanded his expertise to include the management of all mainstream forms of refractive eye surgery.  In addition to practice, Dr. Goodman has lectured at numerous state, national and international conferences, and has also written research review articles that have been published in medical journals.

Recently, Dr. Goodman has turned his attention to writing and speaking about life as a Disciple of Christ.  The Lord has placed a burden on Dr. Goodman's heart to teach others about what it means to discover His "good, pleasing and perfect will" for our lives, as well as how to have a relationship with God and not just a religion about God.  As an eye physician, Dr. Goodman has spent his career helping people see better, however, now he desires to help people see life from an eternal perspective.

Currently, Dr. Goodman is promoting his exciting new book Unlikely: The Simple Truth about Finding God's Will and Plan for Your Life.  We may all see ourselves as "unlikely" sometimes, but God sees us differently than we see ourselves.  As we follow Him, He can and will teach us that He has a plan for our lives that is extraordinary.

Dr. Goodman currently serves as the Clinical Director in a well known and highly respected refractive surgery center in the Chicago area.  His wife Judy works in the field of clinical research.  Dr. Goodman has been blessed with four truly amazing children (Aaron, Hannah, Ethan & Ryan).
